Stefan Johnsson-PetersénStefan has a master degree as a pastry chef and bakery. He was born in Stockholm and he has among other places been working at the Patisserie Wittamer in Bryssel – of many people recognised as one of the best Patisseries in the world. He joined the NK-Patisserie when NK celebrated its 90 years. He was the first in Sweden baking French mousse cakes. Stefan won the bronze medal in the World Championship of Patisserie 1993 and he has been a member of The Swedish Chef Team as its aesthetic counsellor. 1993 Stefan was elected as The Honorary Craftsman of the Year. The same year was the NK Patisserie elected as the The Patisserie of the Year by the Foundation – The Best Table in Sweden. 1994 Stefan acquired the Silver medal of The Gastronomically Academy. This year Stefan and The Swedish Chef Team also won the gold medal in the World Cup in Chicago. He represented Sweden in the World Pastry Cup in Lyon 1995 and won The Gastronomically Academy’s Silver medal. Stefan participated in the ‘MatOS’ 2000 and 2004. |
